• Apply a full dropper to clean skin and leave on for 30 minutes. Dampen the FF muslin cloth and gently polish in circular motions until the cloth comes away clean, revealing brighter, smoother skin. Use 1–3 times a week on alternate days as an exfoliating treatment mask. Follow with your normal skincare routine.

Let the oil sit for a desired amount of time, from 30 minutes to overnight, for deeper treatment. Shampoo your hair thoroughly while dry to remove the oil, then condition as usual.
